Sixth Form Administrator

Start date: Immediate start
Level: 5.2
Salary Range: £20,924 p.a. - £25,773 p.a.
Pro rata (actual) salary range: £10,213 p.a. – £12,580 p.a.
Hours: 20 hours per week, 40 weeks per year (Mon-Fri 8.50am to 12.50pm)
Closing date: Friday 4th October 2019

We are looking for a committed Sixth Form Administrator to directly assist and support the Head of Sixth Form with the daily functions of the sixth form department.

The successful person will have considerable administrative experience ideally gained within the academic sector. You must have excellent attention to detail with strong organisational and communication skills and be comfortable working in a demanding environment. It is essential that you have excellent customer service skills and that you are able to build and maintain strong collaborative relationships with colleagues and students across the school and Trust. You will be comfortable in making decisions and working to deadlines, as well as competent in Microsoft Office packages and able to quickly learn in-house systems.

Full training will be given, where applicable, in all aspects of this role.
